Day 1: AGADIR – TALIOUINE
Best Sahara Desert Morocco 7 days from Agadir to Marrakech via Sahara Desert. Departure from Agadir towards the village of Safran Taliouine, via the Sous plain and Taroundant, one of the oldest cities in Morocco. You will admire its ochre-colored ramparts, well-preserved fort, and the focused work of the artisans in the souks. Then, continuation to Taliouine, lunch and an afternoon used to visit the town. Day 2: TALIOUINE – ERG CHEGAGA
After breakfast, departure in the desert via Taznakht and the Skoura mountain range, then Foum Zguid, where you will eat lunch. You will then enter the desert by following the path that will lead you to the Iriqui lake then into the dunes of Chegaga (300 meters high over 40 kilometers of width). Day 3: ERG CHEGAGA – ZAGORA
Departure from Zagora to M’Hamid, you will cross 60 kilometers of desert (rocky plains, dunes and oases). Lunch at M’Hamid and visit of its Kasbahs in the afternoon, then we will return to Zagora. Dinner and night at the hotel.
Day 4: ZAGORA – Rissani – Merzouga
Departure in the morning towards Erg Chabbi Desert. From Zagora at Tansikhte, the road will pass by the Drâa valley, a valley bordered by palms, fields and adobe villages. Lunch on the road, pursuit of the road via the Saghro range while passing through Tazzarine and Alnif until Merzouga. In the afternoon, you will visit the town.
Day 5: Merzouga – TINGHIR – OUARZAZATE
After breakfast, departure for Ouarzazate by passing through Tinghir Gorge and Boulmane in the Dadès (the valley of the rose festival), the Dadès gorges and the magnificent road of a « thousand Kasbah », between the chains of the High Atlas and the Anti-Atlas, Klaat M’Gouna and Skoura until Ouarzazate. In the afternoon, you will visit the town.
Day 6: OUARZAZATE – MARRAKECH
You will head towards Marrakech via the Tichka pass and the road of laurels (visit of the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou). Visit of the old town. At the time of sunset,macro bats, musicians, storytellers and snake charmers will gather on the Jmaa El Fnaa plaza, classed as one of the greatest sites on humanity. A unique time to feel the vibrancy of Marrakech.
Day 7: MARRAKECH – AGADIR
Departure for Essaouira, the old Portugese Mogador, the white and blue town built for the Sultan Ben Abdellah with naval architecture by a French architect in the 18th century. You will admire its Skala with its alignment of bronze cannons. You will admire its nonchalant charm, its terrace-cafes that welcome you with open doors, its old fishing port, its quality artisans and its delicious fish. The cordial atmosphere reigns over its roads where locals mix with tourists and artists from the whole world. After lunch, return to Agadir.
